We have successfully avoided efforts to remove and dismiss these actions, and have obtained extensive e-discovery over defendants’ objections to support the claims.
PSD has represented a class of consumers against one of the largest automobile insurers for unfair and deceptive acts and practices in relation to the repeated reliance on the same chiropractors to deny claims, despite characterizing them as “independent.” The court approved the class, found PSD qualified as lead counsel, and approved a settlement that returned full premium at issue to the customers in the class.
